The Resident Brothers of the UP Tau Rho Xi Fraternity conducted their Leadership Seminar and Workshop last September 2, 2006 at the UP Balay Kalinaw Seminar Rooms. It was facilitated by Brod Ramon “Tata Mon” de Leon ‘68. Tata Mon is currently the Vice-President for Human Resources of the Technological Institute of the Philippines. The event aims to make a difference on the Resident Brods by developing their management skills and preparing them in their future endeavors with confidence.

The said seminar and workshop is part of the UP Tau Rho Xi Alumni Lecture Series where the alumni Brods share their experiences and expertise in their respective fields. Other topics lined up in this series include talks on Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Graphics Design.
